Eha Retreat is an intimate Nordic wellness sanctuary located on Hiiumaa Island in Estonia, a remote UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.
Here, wellness isn’t a standalone programme. It is woven through the entire experience, from how guests rest, move and reconnect with nature, to the food and where it comes from, treatments, wellness sessions and activities that support them throughout their stay.
Situated on Hiiumaa Island, where two-thirds of the terrain is forested and surrounded by the Baltic Sea, this is the ultimate Scandinavian sanctuary for hardy travellers seeking clear skies, wild beaches, and quiet, off-grid luxury…

The wellness programming is structured around five local seasons; Summer, Autumn, Winter, Spring, and a fleeting fifth season known as “Springrise”.
Treatments lean on Estonian ancestral healing traditions, such as whole-body mineral peat wraps from local wetlands, birch sauna ceremonies, hydrotherapy pools, and cold plunges.

Daily practices include aerial yoga, Tai Chi, Qigong, breathwork, sound journeys curated by Olo, and a technology-free Circadian Rhythm Room.
Gastronomy is guided by Green Michelin Star chef Peeter Pihel. Menus feature organic produce from the retreat's kitchen garden, wild-foraged seaweed, fermented forest berries, and fresh catches from local island fishermen.
